He came to Texas on vacation 20+ years ago and chose to make it his home. His diverse background can benefit you as he has had personal experience in residential sales/flips, land sales/investments/owner financing, and commercial sales/investments for the last 18+ years. He is also an active real estate investor experienced in residential, land, and commercial properties with ownership in 850+ multifamily units. He has received the Certified Commercial Investment Member(CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, the Accredited Land Consultant(ALC) designation from the Realtors Land Institute, and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert(RENE) certification from the National Association of Realtors. He is one of approximately 200 real estate practitioners worldwide that hold both the CCIM and ALC designations. JC is a Director of the Tall Pines Association of Realtors, a Board Member of Restore Texas Ministries, a proud father of 3 children, and the husband of a beautiful & loving wife. Alice has served in the Huntsville area for over 39 years. She gets great pleasure out of working with first time & experience buyers in the process of purchasing or selling of their homes. She also specializes in property management. Alice has served as Charter President of the Women's Council of Realtors, past President of the Huntsville Board of Realtors & many other Texas Association of Realtors Committee's. She is active in the local community including Senior Center Director & many other projects that promote scholarships for local students.

I attended Mississippi State University where I majored in Political Science. I graduated in August of 2014, and for two years worked in the energy field as a professional land man. I love to read and write, as well as watch sports, play golf and scuba dive in my spare time.
